I don't know how to extend the file retention period

Extensions can only be made from the device that uploaded the file.

Extensions are only possible within a specified period. For details, please press the button after uploading to check.

Since we use browser cookie information, the "Extend Button" may not be displayed when using a secret browser, etc.
Additionally, if you perform data cleanup like deleting cookie information, the button may not be displayed.


Please note that even if you contact us, we cannot extend the retention period on your behalf.

Some past solutions included:
1. Refreshing the page
2. Not using a secret browser
3. Not using an in-app browser
